• Account Information: Your account identifier and authentication details. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from those providers.
• Content You Create: Brand information, prompts, and the media you generate, curate, and publish within the Service.

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"), such as your device type, operating system version, app version, the features you use, and diagnostic data used to maintain and improve the app.

1.3. Device Tokens for Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a device token that allows us to deliver notifications to your device (for example, when a render you requested is ready). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

Syvon.ai uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
• To manage your account and provide you with customer support.
• To generate, render, and deliver the content you request.
• To send you notifications you have enabled (such as render-complete alerts).
• To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• To monitor the usage of our Service for security and operational purposes.
• To comply with legal obligations under Panamanian law.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI model providers used to generate your content.
• Authentication Providers: Sign-in with Apple and Google process your authentication according to their respective privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred.

In accordance with Panama's data protection law, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account). To exercise any other right, contact us using the information below.

We use a variety of security measures to protect your information, including encryption and authentication tools. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
